Cetearyl Alcohol

El alcohol cetearílico es una sustancia espesa derivada naturalmente del aceite de palma y de coco (también se puede fabricar en laboratorios modernos). En las industrias del cuidado de la piel se utiliza principalmente para espesar el producto. Como ingrediente habitual en cremas, lociones, hidratantes, etc., ayuda a que la piel esté suave y flexible, y a que la piel seca se hidrate. No irrita.
